When you raise a ticket

Clients raise tickets in the portal at any time. The team works Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, and each plan sets how quickly you hear back.

  1. You tell us what is wrong

    Open

Describe it in the portal, add the page address, and attach up to five screenshots, files or screen recordings.

  2. Someone owns it

    In progress

The team is notified straight away. The ticket is assigned, and you can see when it has been read.

  3. You talk to the person fixing it

    Answered

Replies arrive by email and in the ticket's chat. If we need something from you, the ticket says so.

  4. The time is on record

    Closed

Each piece of work is logged with who did it and how long it took. Mark the ticket resolved, or reply to reopen it.

Medic Care Direct

Private clinic website, taken over and supported

We’ve had a great experience working with Boolet. Our website was previously slow, and we lacked clear insights into our SEO and website traffic. Their team took over our existing website and helped get everything running smoothly. We’re really pleased with their service, and their technical team is always approachable, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

Support questions

What does a website support plan include?

Every plan includes routine maintenance: monthly updates to your CMS, plugins and packages, daily backups, and uptime and security alerts. That work does not use your hours. On top of it you get support hours each month for changes, fixes and content such as blog posts: 3 on Care (£129 a month), 6 on Growth (£249) and 12 on Scale (£449).

Do you only support websites?

No. We support websites, web apps and custom software, APIs and integrations, and mobile apps. Tell us what you have and what it runs on, and we will look at it before suggesting a plan or a one-off fix.

Why is a plan better value than paying by the hour?

Ad hoc hours are £49 each. Plan hours work out at £43 on Care, £41.50 on Growth and £37.42 on Scale, and the maintenance and faster response come on top.

How quickly do you respond?

Next working day on Care and Growth, and same working day on Scale, during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00). Every request is a ticket in your client portal, so you can see when the team has read it.

Can we cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no minimum term. Cancel in your client portal and the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for; no further payments are taken. Unused hours you have paid for stay on your balance.

How do we pay for a plan?

Monthly, by Direct Debit or card through Stripe, or by an invoice we send each month that you pay by bank transfer or card. Each paid month adds the plan's hours to your support balance, and you get a receipt every time.

Can we pay for support without a monthly plan?

Yes. Tell us the task in a ticket and we quote it in hours. Buy those hours by card in your client portal at £49 an hour, and the work is logged against the ticket it was spent on. Hours you buy never expire.

Can you look after a website you did not build?

Yes. Send us the address and tell us what it runs on, and we will look at it before suggesting a plan or a one-off fix.

How do we report a problem?

Raise a ticket in your client portal with the page address and any screenshots, files or screen recordings. You can chat with whoever is working on it, and see the time logged.

What does a new website or app cost?

Websites are fixed packages from £499. Custom software and mobile apps start from £1,999 and are priced on your requirements, with a written proposal after a free 30-minute call. Every new project includes a launch support plan.

Tell us what you need

  1. We read it and reply by email, with any questions about the site or the work.
  2. If it helps, we book a free 30-minute call to go through it together.
  3. You get a plan or a written proposal, with the price, before any work starts.
